NDTM Development & Training Group LLC was founded through lived experience, advocacy, and a passion for helping others navigate complex support systems with confidence and dignity.
More than 27 years ago, after my son experienced a life-altering injury, I became the advocate and voice for a child with severe and profound disabilities. Without formal training at the time, I spent years researching services, learning systems, and fighting to secure the support and resources my son needed.
That journey inspired me to create an organization dedicated to supporting individuals, families, caregivers, schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations through evidence-based training, advocacy, consulting, crisis prevention education, staff development, and customized research services.
